Our products come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty unless stated otherwise. Return-to-base means you send the item back to us if it develops a fault.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item if you change your mind.

Standard shipping is free anywhere in Australia. Most orders are sent by Australia Post, and some large items by TNT. Checkout shows the delivery options for your item.
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Big sales and bulk orders can take longer.

Regional areas can take longer. Once your order ships, you'll get tracking details by email, or you can log in to your account to track it.
If you're in or near Brisbane, you can choose free pickup at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect. Our Murarrie pickup sites are for collecting orders only, so there's no browsing or shopping there.
