What condition are your products?

All products are A-Grade condition unless otherwise specified.
General wear and tear are to be expected but you won't receive anything that is damaged to the point it compromised the functionality of the device.


Do your products come with a warranty.


All of our products come with a standard 12 Months Return to Base warranty.
This means that if anything happens to the unit within the first 12 months from the date of invoice we will repair the unit or replace it if a repair isn't possible.

Do you repair units that weren't purchased from you?

We certainly do!

Our retail store can do repairs on most desktops and laptops. Give them a call or pop into the store and have our technicians take a look at it.
Most repairs take anywhere from 3-5 business days however some repairs may take longer if parts need to be ordered in.


Can I sell you my PC or Laptop?

Unfortunately, we don't buy devices from the general public.


How quickly will I receive my device once it has shipped?

In most cases, orders are dispatched the same or the next business day. Once the order has been processed you will receive an order tracking notification via email.

Shipping can take anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on your location and the delivery company.
