Free Shipping AU Wide – What does this mean? 

At Australian Computer Traders, we offer free shipping Australia-wide for just about all the products listed on our website. This means that you can have your order delivered shipped at no charge to your chosen destination anywhere in Australia. Simply 

In some instances, we may need to charge a delivery fee where the product and/or shipment is heavy, large, or bulky. In these cases, the product's listing will clearly state that free shipping is not available, and that delivery charges apply.

How can I track my order?

Once you've placed an order with us, you'll receive a notification email advising when the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. To track the delivery progress of your order, simply log into your account, locate the order you'd like to see the delivery progress of, and select 'Track'.

Alternately, using the tracking number provided within the dispatch email that you received, you can head to the courier's website, input this tracking number, and receive the latest delivery status updates. 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! If you're local to the Brisbane area, you're welcome to select the 'pickup option' during checkout. Once the order has been marked as 'ready for collection' you can collect this from our Distribution Centre located in Murarrie.

Please note: Processing times are generally 1 to 2 business days. Product sales events (such as EOFY and Black Friday), as well as bulk orders, could be expected to have extended processing times. 

Once your order has finished being processed, we will email you to let you know your order is ready for collection.

How soon is my order shipped?

In most cases, orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our warehouse. Product sales events (such as EOFY and Black Friday), as well as bulk orders, could be expected to have extended processing times.

Once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will email you the parcel tracking information so that you may track your order and its delivery progress. 

In this regard, we are not able to provide delivery guarantees. If you need a product urgently, we suggest you first email or call us to check what the processing time is before you place an order.

Standard Postage Delivery estimates to capital cities from our base in Brisbane, Queensland:

— Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne (2-3 Business Days)
— Adelaide, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart (3-5 Business Days)
— Perth (7-10 Business Days)

What if my item arrives damaged?

Which couriers do you ship orders with?

We offer shipping Australia wide using both Australia Post and TNT Express.  

For bulk/wholesale orders, we can assist in palletising orders to have ready for your nominated courier to collect.

Customers are welcome to organise their own courier to collect orders, please contact our dedicated support team to organise this prior to booking your courier.   

International Shipping

Are you located outside of Australia? Australian Computer Traders ship across the globe. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, size, and weights of packages. Countries that we ship to include New Zealand (NZ), Papua New Guinea (PNG), Philippines, Fiji, Solomon Islands, Singapore, United States (USA), United Kingdom (UK), Canada, Dubai, India, and many more!

Please note that any additional customs or duties charges are not included in the shipping fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid upon delivery of the package.

Customs policies vary from country to country, so please check with your local customs office for more information about any possible charges before placing an order.
