Can I pick up my order?
We provide pickup options during checkout. As we are based in Brisbane Australia, currently we have 2 locations from which you can choose should you wish to pick up your order.
Pickup East Brisbane, QLD (retail store) - 911 Stanley Street East Brisbane QLD 4169
Pickup Murarrie, Brisbane QLD (warehouse) - 30 Miller Street Murarrie QLD 4172
Once your order has been processed, we will email you to let you know your order is ready for collection from your nominated pick-up location.
How much Does delivery cost?
We offer free shipping* (within Australia) for most products on our website.
In some instances, we may charge a delivery fee where the product is heavy, large, or bulky. In these cases, the product will clearly state that free shipping is not available and delivery charges apply.
How soon is my order shipped?
In most cases orders are shipped the same or the next business day.
Once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are entirely dependent on the delivery companies' timeframes for delivery. We will email you the parcel tracking information so that you may track your order and its delivery progress. In this regard, we are not able to provide delivery guarantees. If you need a product urgently, we suggest you first email or call us to check what the processing time is before you place an order.

- Brisbane, Sydney, ACT, Melbourne (2-3 Business Days)
- Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart (3-5 Business Days)
- Perth (7-10 Business Days)
