We require a return authorisation (RA) number for all returns. You may initiate a return and request your RA number by completing the warranty form. Check out our Return Policy for more information.
We offer a 30-day cooling off/change of mind period for all purchases. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, simply arrange for a Return Authorisation or contact our support team on 1300 727 519 to arrange the return of your order. We offer free shipping Australia wide* for most products on our website. In some instances, we may need to charge a delivery fee when the parcel is heavy, large, or bulky. We use both Australia Post & TNT Road Express couriers. Visit our Shipping & Pickup FAQ for more information.
