How to Recovery a Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password and cannot log into your account:

You can request a new password temporary password in the Forgot Password section, and we'll email you a new password.

If you would like to change your password to a new one:

While logged into your account, head to the Change Account Password section and create a new password.  

Managing Your Orders

To track an existing order, simply head to the My Orders webpage. Here you can Track orders, print your order's invoice and see the status of an order. 

Resolution Centre

Do you have an issue with a past order? Our support team are here to help! While logged into your account, you can visit our Resolution Centre and Open a New Dispute ticket. 

A member from our support team will get back to you within 1-2 business days and offer you support to resolve your query.  

Editing Your Account Information

Have you changed your shipping or billing address? Or perhaps you'd like to update your contact phone number or email address. 

Simply head to the Edit My Account page, update your contact information and click the green Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
